How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be dispatched in September.
Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.
Customs & Import fees
All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong, Asia.
Please note that the amount is charged and determined by the taxation department of your local customs office, it differs for each country and unfortunately we have no control over that.
The return shipping fee, handling fee, and any other fee incurred will be charged if an order is rejected.
Return Information
Can I return my products?
NO RETURN, REFUND or EXCHANGE during closing sale
We offer returns of products if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the date of receipt.
All returns will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT coupon with no expiration. The amount of STORE CREDIT will be reimbursed as the value EXCLUDING the original shipping cost and tax.
Under which conditions my returns will be accepted?
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and all tags attached.
Any items purchased at a discount of 30% or higher are considered as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.
How do I make a return?
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
We recommend using a tracked method for secured delivery. If the package does not reach us successfully we will not be able to complete the return.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the parcels are received.
