Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment. Orders processed by standard shipping will take 7-14 business days to arrive, while Express Delivery will take 2-5 business days. 

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.

Tracking details will be provided right after dispatch through email.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

We recommend using a tracked method for secured delivery. If the package does not reach us successfully we will not be able to complete the return.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the parcels are received.

Customs or import duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Kindly be aware of the duties charge notice from the carrier in order to avoid shipment delay.

The postage, return postage, handling fee, and any other fee incurred will be charged if an order is rejected.

Hand wash with cold to moderately warm water and mild soap is strongly suggested. Decoloration is normal for the first or second wash. Hang dry instead of tumble dry.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

We automate our dispatching procedure with a warehouse. Your order information will be sent to their system once you have placed your order for packing and dispatching.
